Did you know that Halloween is actually the highly commercialized holiday that has evolved from the ancient Samhain festival? Well it is, and as modern brujas, we are coming together halfway between the Fall Equinox and the Winter Solstice.to remember, to reclaim, and to honor our abuelitas and celebrate the cycles of life with intention.

Known as the witch’s new year, Samhain is a perfect opportunity to release old grudges and feuds, especially with anything associated with your past.

It is also a time when the veil between life and death grows thin. Food is set aside for ancestors and lost loved ones as gifts, and rituals honoring the dead take place. You can commune with friends in the mortal realm or join witches and fly through the night in the astral. 

So, this event is more than just a creative outlet; it’s a holistic experience that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit. By engaging in pumpkin art and healing, you are giving yourself the gift of self-care, creativity, and connection—truly food for the soul.

🎨 Pumpkin Witch-crafting:  

Dive into the world of pumpkin artistry. This is your chance to express your uniqueness and individuality. Besides your pumpkin, all other materials and tools will be provided. You are also welcome to bring any special items (gems, glitter, or charms) that you’d like to adorn your pumpkin and make it uniquely yours. 

🎶 Live DJ & Sing-Along:  

Feel the rhythm of the season with our live DJ spinning enchanting tunes. Grab a microphone and share your voice with the group. Whether you want to sing, chant, or simply dance, let the music elevate the magic in the air!

🍵 Nourishing Brews & Treats:  

Delight in light food and refreshing potions that nourish your spirit and inspire your creativity. Enjoy the flavors of the season as we gather around the table, sharing laughter and connection.

👻 Costumes & Masks:  

To protect ourselves from wandering spirits, we encourage everyone to wear their most magical attire. Whether you wish to dress as a witch, wizard, or wear a whimsical mask, let your creativity shine and embrace the spirit of the season.

👶 Kid-Friendly:  

Everyone is welcomed. This event is open to all magical beings—of all ages and skill levels! Bring your friends, family, or come alone; all who seek connection and creativity are welcome within our circle.
